Each spring current Active members complete a Committee Preference Sheet which allows the Board to take into consideration member wishes when organizing the next years meetings.  Members need to print our and return the completed form to the Board in March or April either at a monthly meeting, or scan it and return it via email.

New CWC member applications must include these two forms:

CWC Application for Membership

CWC Questionnaire for New Members

Completed forms are to be returned to CWC by the sponsoring member.  All applications are due by March 31st for acceptance beginning September of that year.
